What classes do you offer at Lions Gym Coventry?

Can I join if I have no experience in martial arts?

Do I need to be fit before starting classes?

What should I bring to my first class?
For MMA or No Gi classes, wear shorts and a tight-fitting t-shirt or rashguard. For BJJ, bring a gi if you have one. For Kickboxing, comfortable gym gear and a water bottle are fine. We can help with gear recommendations if needed.
Is there sparring involved?
Sparring is optional and only introduced once you’ve built enough confidence and technique. Safety and control are always priorities.
How are the classes structured?
Each class includes a warm-up, technical drills, partner work, and controlled practice. Sessions are scaled for different experience levels.
