Class Timetables for Adults, cubs & Kids at Lions Gym
At Lions Gym, we’ve separated our class timetables to better serve all our members. You’ll now find two dedicated schedules: one for Adult Martial Arts classes and one for Cubs & Kids. This makes it easier for both students and parents to quickly find the classes that fit their age group and training goals.
Whether you’re looking for high-level MMA, No-Gi Submission, or beginner-friendly sessions, adults can plan their week with ease. For younger students, the Cubs & Kids timetable ensures age-appropriate classes that build confidence, discipline, and skill. Check both timetables below to see what’s on and when.
ADULTS CLASSES TIMETABLE
CUBS & KIDS CLASSES TIMETABLE
You can view the Cubs & Kids class timetable by individual program using the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the timetable. Just click where it says "All Programs" and select a specific class—like Lion Cubs, Kickboxing, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—to filter the schedule and only see the times for that program. This makes it easier to find the exact days and times for the classes you're interested in.
timetable & CLASS FAQ’S
What’s the difference between the timetables?
The Adults timetable includes MMA, BJJ, No-Gi, and striking classes etc for ages 15+, while the Cubs & Kids timetable is designed for ages 3–14 with age-specific martial arts sessions.
Can adults and kids train at the same time?
No, adult and kids classes run at separate times. This ensures full focus on each age group and a structured environment tailored to their needs.
How often are classes held each week?
Classes run throughout the week, with multiple options daily across both timetables.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
That’s optional and can be done through our portal, but if you want to guarantee your spot, we recommend booking in advance.
Are there beginner-friendly classes on the timetable?
Yes. Any class that isn’t marked as “Advanced” you are welcome to join. “All Levels” is suitable for beginners but if you’re unsure, speak to an instructor and they’ll guide you to the right starting point.
What if I miss a class can I make it up?
Yes, depending on your membership level and class availability.
Can siblings train at the same time on different timetables?
While classes don’t run simultaneously, the timetable is designed to make planning easy for families with multiple children.
How do I know which class is right for my child’s age or experience?
Each class on the kids timetable is clearly labelled by recommended age group (4–6), (7–14) and (9–14). If you are unsure please ask a instructor for clarification.
What equipment do I need to bring to classes?
We’ll guide you on what’s needed for each class, typically just training clothes to start. Gear can be purchased at the gym at reception if required. Note that All Kids are provided with a free uniform on signup.
